Do you offer delivery?
Yes — we deliver throughout our service area. Delivery fees are based on the delivery address, so just send us where the equipment is going and we'll quote the fee up front. No surprises.
Do you require a security deposit?
We hold a security deposit on every rental. The deposit covers minor damages or fuel if we need to top the machine off when it's returned. It does not release the customer from responsibility for damages beyond minor wear — significant damage is billed separately.
Do you offer rental insurance?
We do not currently offer third-party rental insurance, but we plan to add it in the near future. In the meantime, the renter is responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond what's covered by the security deposit.
How does fuel work?
Every machine leaves our lot fueled up and ready to go. It's the customer's responsibility to return the machine with the proper fuel topped off, or we can refuel it for you. Unlike the big chain rental companies, we don't charge an arm and a leg for fuel — we charge a fair, honest rate.
What do I need to rent equipment?
If you're picking up the equipment, you'll need a valid driver's license and proof of insurance on the vehicle towing it. If we're delivering the equipment to you, a valid driver's license or state ID is all that's required.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Brooksville, FL and deliver throughout a roughly 30-mile radius, covering Hernando, Pasco, Citrus, and Sumter counties. That includes Brooksville, Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee, Hernando Beach, Masaryktown, Spring Lake, Ridge Manor, Hudson, Port Richey, New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Dade City, Trilby, San Antonio, St. Leo, Homosassa, Crystal River, Lecanto, Inverness, Floral City, Bushnell, and Webster.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM. Closed Sundays. Give us a call at (352) 773-0425 to confirm same-day availability — we're a small family operation and we'll work with you on timing whenever we can.
How do I reserve equipment?
The easiest way is to reserve online — just head to any equipment page and click the "Reserve Now" button to lock in your rental. You can also call us at (352) 773-0425 or send a message through our contact page and we'll send an invoice to confirm your reservation.
